Practice Manager
The practice manager is involved in ensuring the overall smooth running of the practice. She reports to the principal doctors and also oversees the work of other staff members.
Among other things, the practice manager is responsible for practice accounts, liasing with the PCT on practice related and other issues, doctors and staff rotas etc.
