Practice Manager

The practice manager is involved in ensuring the overall smooth running of the practice. She reports to the principal doctors and also oversees the work of other staff members.

Among other things, the practice manager is responsible for practice accounts, liasing with the PCT on practice related and other issues, doctors and staff rotas etc. 

Receptionists

Our friendly reception staff perform a number of tasks including answering visitor inquiries, booking  appointments, directing patients to their destinations, sorting and handing out mail and answering incomeing calls.

Medicines Management

Staffing in medicines management are involved in ensuring that patients receive better, safer and more convinient care.  Their aim is to effectively manage resources provided by the NHS.

Note summarisers

Note summarisers are involved in ensuring patients electronic data is accurate and up to date. They also ensure all paper records of patients are uploaded to their computer records.

Secretary

The seceraterial staff are an essential administrative assistants providing support to General practitioners and other medical personnel.  Their duties include typing letters and reports, answering messages and telephone calls and relaying messages to doctors
