A General Practitioner may feel it adequate to refer patients to the Primary Care counselling service held in Oswaldtwistle or Accrington.

However, this is not a walk in clinic and certain inclusion criteria must be met for you to attend this service.

The frequency and availability of this service will be discussed and arranged during the consultation with the counsellor.

Patients with serious or worrying mental problems may need to be referred to a Specialist.
